Itineraries and Rates

Sample Itinerary St. Thomas to British Virgin Islands

Day 1    After being greeted by the crew, you board your yacht in St. Thomas and then set sail! Enjoy a gourmet lunch and relax on deck while en route to The British Virgin Islands. Upon arrival, there are opportunities to stroll on white sandy beaches, snorkel in turquoise waters, or unwind on the yacht while sipping a Caribbean cocktail. Your chef will serve the evening feast in the main salon following the day's activities. After dinner, you may turn in early or party the night away!

 Day 2  Following a traditional Caribbean breakfast, your yacht departs for Norman Island where you will have the opportunity to hike Spy Glass Hill (a look out for pirates of long ago) and experience unmatched snorkeling around The Caves. (Robert Louis Stevenson made the caves at Norman Island famous in Treasure Island.) Later in the evening, wild times and surprises await you at the “Willie T” - a floating bar located on Norman Island- where the drinks are plentiful and the rules are NOT!

 Day 3   Breakfast is followed by beach time and then Opus sails to Salt Island where you will experience a thrilling dive on the coral-encrusted Rhone – a British Ship that sank in 1867. Have lunch as we sail to Cooper Island where little pink cottages dot the shoreline. Of course dinner and drinks will be served on board.

Day 4   After a light breakfast and a morning dive, sail to Virgin Gorda where opportunities for snorkeling, hiking tropical trails and sunbathing abound! You wont want to miss the incredible beauty of "The Baths" - gigantic sculpture-like boulders arranged along the beach by millions of years of geological activity. The resulting natural pools and grottoes can be explored on foot and offer fantastic photo opportunities. When you return to your yacht, lunch will be prepared. The remainder of the day is reserved for another dive. In the evening you may want to experience the infamous local drinking establishments, or sample a traditional West Indian meal on shore.

Day 5   Following breakfast and beach time, sail on to Trellis Bay, Beef Island where traditional Caribbean crafts are created by local artisans. Have lunch onboard followed a short trip to Marina Cay to dive Diamond Reef and then join Michael Bean for Happy Hour and his "piratical" tunes. Dine on Caribbean favorites prepared by your chef while you watch the moon rise over Virgin Gorda. 

Day 6   Today we sail the north shore of Tortolla to Brewer's Bay where we dive on Brewer's caves. Following the dive, dine on board and continue our sail to the pristine beaches of White Bay, Jost Van Dyke. Make sure you check out the magic at Seddy's "One Love Bar" and indulge in his famous "Bushwhackers". (Beware: there is no such thing as a virgin bushwhacker!) 

Day 7   Return to the yacht where your crew will have lunch waiting and then sail on to Cruz Bay, St. John to clear customs. Wander through the local shops or simply sail on to Christmas Cove on Great St. James for assorted water sports. Enjoy your last evening aboard with another glorious Caribbean sunset and a spectacular dinner prepared by your chef.

8 days/7 nights aboard Opus 1 including 3 gourmet meals daily, snacks and all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day, BVI taxes, SCUBA training, certification and equipment usage, 10 dives/week, PADI resort course, PADI referrals, and PADI open water course.

Surf & Turf Package

The best dives and hikes the islands have to offer! Venture through sugar plantations, shipwrecks and rain forest trails. Opportunities to view tropical flora and fauna and even ancient Indian Cave drawings abound!

The Spanish Virgins  

Culebra, Culebrita, Vieques, and Puerto Rico! This package combines 4 islands (some uninhabited) adventurous diving, walking tours of Old San Juan, hiking, El Younque -The Caribbean National Rain Forest and a night at Puerto Del Rey Marina. For serious sailor/explorer/pirate types! 

Day Sails & Sunset Cruises

Day sails (with and without diving) and sunset cocktail cruises onboard Opus are available on a very limited basis.
